The next incident allegedly happened just a few days later, on January 16th, 2022. It also happened in a TTU residence hall by a Texas Tech student that was known by the victim.

Then, on January 18th, 2022, another Texas Tech student who was known by the victim was accused of sexual assault in a TTU resident hall. In a Crime Alert Notification, the school said that additional information was being provided concerning that incident to the university on February 1st, 2022.

The latest incident happened in the evening hours of Wednesday, January 26th, 2022. This time, however, there were more details, including a suspect description.

The suspect is described as a 5'5" heavy-set white male in his late 20s. He's said to be balding with facial hair and brown eyes, and is not known to be a Texas Tech student.
