Criminals are getting pretty creative with scams on the internet. Sometimes, I have to phone a friend, Who-Wants-To-Be-A-Millionaire-Style, and ask for help to decide if I'm being scammed. It can be insanely tricky to detect, especially in the form of clever emails that contain highly personal information. They are often rather convincing, and I see how older folk who didn't grow up with the internet could easily fall into a trap. Shame on those nasty scammers!
