You can register in person by contacting an election office. If you live in Randall County, you can contact the Randall County Election Administration at 1604 5th Avenue in Canyon, Texas. If you live in Potter County, you can contact the Potter County Elections Administration at Santa Fe, 900 S Polk St # 418 in Amarillo, Texas.

You'll need to contact the Voter Registrar to complete the process if you don't feel like mailing it in. You have one week to get registered before the big election in November. Early voting begins Oct 21 and goes through Nov 1. In-person voting will take place on Nov 5.
