The Best Cheap Restaurants in Amarillo

With the rising costs of everything right now, all of us in Amarillo are looking for ways to be able to cut back our spending, but not give up the things we enjoy. Unfortunately, we've all pretty much had to give up SOMETHING.

For my family, it was our weekly meal out. For five of us to eat out, it was running us around $100, and $400+ to dining out per month is pricey. We love to be able to eat out. The convenience of it is great, but the excitement from the kids about where we're eating is always fun.

So I decided to look for ways to be able to still go out and eat, but find a way to make it a bit cheaper. Sure, there are always the daily deals that restaurants like to throw out there. Our favorite is probably half-priced nachos night at Cada Vez.

The only problem with that, is that your options are limited to what's available that night. Not always optimal since it may not be what we're craving. I decided to dig a bit and find some always affordable places to eat in Amarillo, and I did find a few that were surprising to me.
