Former Borger Gem, Neumann and Company Building for Sale

This historic building is at 503 Main St. in the heart of downtown Borger. You enter the front of the building through beautiful wooden doors into a large open layout perfect for a boutique. The building still has the original pressed tin ceiling tiles and hardwood floors. Plus, although not functioning, this building is home to one of the first escalators in Texas.

The back of the building is the cutest coffee shop, it has a full coffee bar set up. The building also has a basement and a second floor. It would be the perfect place for a business with the capabilities to have an office upstairs, an apartment, or a cute Airbnb.

The building is listed for $125,000 by Candace Summach with Exp Realty.
