New Orleans Woman Randomly Stabs People Walking Down Decatur Street [VIDEO]

This is one of the craziest videos I've ever seen. The fact that there are actually people like this in the world really bothers me. As I watched this woman walk down Decatur street in New Orleans randomly stabbing unsuspecting people, it made my stomach turn.

There is fairly clear video of the woman and her face. I would hope this would be enough for someone who knows her to identify her and turn her in. You can see he stab a man on a bicycle and he keeps riding not even knowing that he's just had a knife plunged into his back.
