Legendary Ministry mastermind Al Jourgensen, who helped pioneer the industrial rock movement, has announced that he is checking into a rehab facility on Feb. 3 to combat his alcohol abuse. The rock frontman, who has infamously battled addictions to drugs and alcohol throughout his career, announced the news via a series of colorful Facebook posts.
Demi Moore was hospitalized Monday night due to a substance abuse problem. A 911 call was placed and upon response she was take directly to the hospital.
Former 'Friends' star Matthew Perry is returning to rehab.

Singer Whitney Houston is back in rehab, PEOPLE is reporting.
A rep for Houston confirmed early this afternoon that the 47-year-old singer is "currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."
