The Studio in Amarillo Hosts $50 Tattoo Event for Tascosa Drive-In

We always expect the weather to get a little dicey in Amarillo when it's springtime. We get the rains, we get the tornados, oh and we get the wind. It is a big thing when we talk about the wind because, on a normal day, it's pretty windy. There are days that it goes above and beyond.

That would be the land hurricane we experienced this past Friday. We knew it was going to get windy. Just how windy? To hit over eighty miles per hour is crazy. We saw all kinds of damage around our city.

There were some uprooted trees and artwork from billboards ripped off. I don't think there was a business hit as hard as Tascosa Drive-In.

The lack of insurance means a lot of hardship for this business. The Dewitz, the new owners haven't even had it a full year yet and nobody wants to see this be the end of our drive-in.
