You've probably already heard, but March 11, 2023 is the day Will Ferrell came to town.

The actor, best known for his roles in 'Elf', 'Talladega Nights', and 'Saturday Night Live' (among many others), made an unexpected appearance in Amarillo, Texas on March 11, 2023.

He made several visits to some of Amarillo's local businesses, Clothez Exchange, Mexico Lindo Restaurant, and The Big Texan.

Mexico Lindo Restaurant is located at 4515 S. Georgia St. You can find it in the same shopping center as Clothez Exchange.

Amarillo seems to be one of the mid-size cities that Ferrell has been spotted in over the past few weeks.

There is word that the filming done is part of a documentary that Ferrell is in the midst of; but other sources say that the project is for a Netflix comedy wherein Ferrell plays Sherlock.
