YouTube is an amazing site. It's where you go to find video of pretty much anything you want to see. Soon, that will include performances from the Ed Sullivan Show that haven't been made available for a very long time.

The Ed Sullivan Show is famous for many iconic performances featuring legendary musicians. The official YouTube channel is bringing those back, with "premieres" over the next several days.

There is a release schedule, however the channel already has several playlists full of iconic performances available for viewing. The first premiere will be available a week from today on 10/9, and it will feature Four Tops, Topo Gigio, Alan King, and Connie Stevens.

The uploads will continue every day through 10/15. Other notable performers include Chubby Checker, Tom Jones, Louis Jordan, Ike and Tina Turner, Ella Fitzgerald, and The Muppets among several others.

The Elvis performance will be made available on Wednesday, 10/14.

The Ed Sullivan Show is the most famous American variety show in history. It showcased some of the greatest performers ever, from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones; along with novelty acts and comedians.

Growing up, I always enjoyed watching highlights from the Ed Sullivan Show. I always thought that Ed was a great host.

The official Ed Sullivan YouTube channel already has a ton of performances and clips available to view. They include clips of everyone from Rodney Dangerfield to Elvis.
