Home Depot Honors Local Veteran with a New Deck for His Backyard

Last month we asked you to nominate a veteran who needed some small home renovations for Home Depot's Celebration of Service.

The veteran chosen was Eric Brown. Eric served 3 tours in Iraq with the United States Army. He now lives in Fritch with his wife, 14-year old son and their 4 rescue dogs. Eric enjoys grilling and spending time with his family.

The person that nominated Eric said that he had his heart set on a new deck for the backyard.

The Home Depot along with the Elks Lodge and Townsquare Media was able to make his dream come true. They will be installing a new deck in his backyard.
