Lavender Festival Returns to Canyon With Food, Wine, and Local Shopping
Summer is almost over, and August is almost here, and that means squeezing out every ounce of summer that is left. That means being outside and enjoying what summer has to offer. That may be a walk in the park or splashing around in a sprinkler, or picking flowers.
Walking through a flower field and picking out the most gorgeous flowers is fun. Lavender is one of the great flowers to see, smell, and taste, and you can celebrate a weekend of it in August.
Creek House Honey Farm is celebrating lavender on Saturday, August 8, during their 5th annual Lavender Fest. It'll be a day of strolling through the lavender, browsing vendors, sipping on wine, and more.
Here's why you should go. Imagine walking through a field of lavender, taking in all the scents, seeing all the bees, and picking the perfect pieces of your own fresh lavender to keep.
Lavender can be used in different forms and helps:
- Anxiety and Stress Relief
- Sleep Support
- Digestive Support
