One Amarillo Tradition You Can’t Skip This Mother’s Day

Amarillo is full of things to do with Mom. Mother's Day is this Sunday, and you don't want to forget about her!  Here's the perfect opportunity to celebrate Mom with thrills and chills and a lot of fun, while making lifelong memories.

Mom's Ride Free at Wonderland Park for Mother's Day Weekend

Celebrate with Mom and enjoy the world of wow this weekend at Wonderland Park. If you have lived in the area, your parent and/or grandparents probably took you to Wonderland, you take your kids to Wonderland, it's a generational thing to go have fun at Wonderland.

Grab your mom and relive some of those memories, as you fly through the double loop of the Texas Tornado or hold hands as tightly as possible as you venture through the Fantastic Journey.  Practically climb into each other's laps as you try to keep from getting wet on the Rattlesnake River Raft, or ducking behind each other on the log ride.

Heck, if you are frustrated at each other (it happens), then take out that frustration on the bumper cars.  Then grab a funnel cake and a snow cone and take a time out, catching up on what's been going on.

How Can Mom Ride Free at Wonderland Park in Amarillo, Texas?

Mom can ride for free this Saturday, May 10th, from 1 - 8 pm and Sunday, May 11th, from 1 - 6 pm.  Mom will get a free WOW pass with the purchase of a kids WOW pass.

Oh, and don't forget to take a spin around the park on the Skyride.
