Who Is Hassan Haitham Muhsen?
Hassan Haitham Muhsen is described as a 20-year-old white male, 5'11" tall, and weighing 120 pounds. Muhsen's identifying marks include tattoos on his neck, left hand, and wrist.

What Is Hassan Haitham Muhsen Wanted For?
Muhsen is currently wanted for capital murder by terror threat and other felony stemming from an incident in McKinney in January 2025. Muhsen was arrested and released from jail after posting a one-million-dollar bond. On April 24, 2026, Muhsen allegedly cut off his ankle monitor and fled the area. That same day, a warrant for Capital Murder was issued out of Collin County for his arrest.
Muhsen has ties to the city of Frisco and Collin County, which is also his last known location.

What is Hassan Haitham Muhsen's Criminal History and Prior Charges?
His criminal history includes unlawful carrying of a weapon, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
