I may be slow to the party but I had no idea that Amarillo had luxury apartments. I ran across this the other day so of course, I was interested. It didn't surprise me that they were located in Downtown Amarillo.
It doesn't matter the time of year. It doesn't matter the day of the week. If someone asks "What do you want to eat?" The answer is any Mexican food restaurant. We have a weekly lunch at Joe Taco Downtown.
Over the weekend a new restaurant opened in Downtown Amarillo. At first it was for to-go orders only. Then they decided to go ahead and open up their dining room. I decided I wanted to give it a try.
When one restaurant closes here in Amarillo it seems another one opens. Which really is great news. I love having all these options. We can go to a different restaurant every single day for many months. What is bad about that?

The day I was heading out to Dallas to become a Mimi I had to stop for breakfast. I called in to Yolo's and got be a two meat burrito. When I went to go pick it up that is when I found out about some pretty cool news.
I love having new places to eat. It's even more exciting when they move in close to my work in Downtown Amarillo. Even better when it is in my building. So there is a close choice for me to eat at and a new place totally in Downtown Amarillo.
