Amarillo Area Pumpkin Farm Open for Round Two of Christmas Joy
Our area pumpkin farms have done a lot to keep the joy coming. They helped us lead up to Halloween and get all the pumpkin fun we could have. We were able to get out and enjoy a nice fall day with the family.
Now that the days are getting shorter and the nights a bit chillier there is still more fun to have. Why not go Christmas? Leonard Farm's at 17670 FM 1062 in Canyon decided last year to try their hand at the Christmas experience.
They are back again for round two. No need to run indoors when Christmas brings more joy for the family to experience. The price can't be beat at only $9 per person over the age of five.
Once you pay that price there is fun stuff included in the admission including a lighted corn maze, a lighted hayride, where you can also enjoy your free cup of hot chocolate. It will be a great night of memories. Santa Claus and The Grinch will both be there for family photos. So make sure your phone is charged.
Remember to grab a blanket and coat because it does get chilly at night but oh, so much fun for the family. Plus on certain nights they are going to have movies. That is the extra charges ($15 per vehicle) that is not included in the admission price. That and the $1 Smores kits if you want to partake.
