Amarillo’s Buc-ee’s Brings Halloween Early

Since Amarillo has welcomed the Buc-ee's to our city, we have been able to enjoy a lot of things about it. Buc-ee’s has brought many great jobs to our city. We have seen an increase in travelers making a stop in Amarillo to enjoy our Buc-ee's, and we can celebrate a lot more there.

Buc-ee’s Impact on Amarillo

They opened the doors last December, and since then, we have had several holidays, from Christmas, where it all began, to the most recent 4th of July. Buc-ee's has been here to help us.

From Christmas to Halloween

We have had T-shirts that we could wear proudly. There have been several inflatables to display proudly in our yard. If we needed something festive to haul our drinks in, we ran to Buc-ee's to proudly purchase a tumbler to show it off.

We have been thrilled that we don't have to drive over five hours to enjoy a Buc-ee's. There is something to be said about having one in our own backyard. If we crave a brisket sandwich or want some Beaver Nuggets for an afternoon snack, we can easily grab either one and get back to work.

I know we haven't gotten close to fall arriving, but just like everywhere else, Buc-ee's is ready for fall to get here. Of course, we are excited just like they are about Halloween. That is the next big thing, so why not start preparing for it now?

Why We’re Excited for Buc-ee’s Halloween

Last year, there was this one house in City View that had a Halloween Buc-ee inflatable long before we got our local store. We drove by that house so much to make my three-year-old granddaughter so happy. I even think the homeowner caught on to how often he heard her screaming, "Hi, Halloween Buc-ee" out the window. I think it is time to get our own.

Spoiler alert, I didn't see any of the Halloween Inflatables on the trip to the Amarillo Buc-ee's. I'm sad because I was contemplating buying one. So hopefully soon they will get them.
