November is here in Amarillo and there is a lot going on. We have Election Day on Tuesday. Make sure you get out and let your voice be heard. We also have Veterans Day coming up on Monday, November 11th.

Veterans Day is the day we celebrate and thank all of those who have served or who are currently serving. Veterans are to thank for the freedoms that we cherish each and every day. We should honor and thank them on more than just the one day in November.

Every time we see someone in uniform they should be shown our appreciation. If you haven't served or been married to someone in the military you don't know the sacrifice they make.

We know that the work done by someone in the military is not done with the hopes of free food. It is way more than that but free food is just one way that the community and our restaurants want to give back.

  • Applebees
  • Beef O'Brady's
  • Bubba's 33
  • Buffalo Wild Wings

Veterans Day is your day. Amarillo thanks you from the bottom of our hearts on this day and any other day.
