Amarillo, Texas: Netplex Adds Tasty New Restaurant to Roster

Another day, another restaurant has opened in Amarillo. It's been a long time coming that this location has added a tenant. Over the years, Amarillo Netplex at 3723 SW 58th has been a perfect location for a place to eat.

They have had a few places come and go over the years. Moondoggy's had a location that moved in around the time that COVID hit. So that was a big hit that affected the location in Amarillo Netplex and the location downtown.

After that, there were a couple of other places that tried to make it. We had a sports bar called Time Out. It had a lot of great reviews when it started. After they closed, Robinson's BBQ moved from their home on Hillside. Since then, Robinson's has made a move to Canyon.

After Robinson's closed the restaurant location out at the Netplex has sat empty. Every time I drive by, I wonder what is going to move in. It was only a matter of time. That time is now here, and I recently saw an announcement on social media. This Amarillo restaurant location is no longer empty.

They have been open for a little over a week now and are ready to see Amarillo get their fix of Mexican food with their hours of operation:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Friday, Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m

With Amarillo Netplex having a built-in audience for any events they have out there, that is a good start. Now the rest of Amarillo needs to find out about San Jose. They are open and ready to see you.
