Amarillo Restaurant Teases New Addition to Wrestle Our Taste Buds

If you follow anything happening in Amarillo we love to tease new things. We look forward to getting a new place or even a new item.  Whatever it is we love to try new things. So when there is something new we take notice.

It helps when a local place starts teasing their news ahead of time. That is what Georgia Street Taphouse recently did. They got people talking with the news of something new happening at their Georgia Street location.

It all started with this about a week ahead of the announcement:

They had a few teases before the big announcement. Everyone was guessing what the news was including a possible new location. That was not the news. The news brought us back to our childhood.

The Eighties and Wrestling would not have been the same without Hulk Hogan. Am I right? His larger-than-life personality made it easy for him to transition to acting as well. He is not through. He may have retired from wrestling but Hulk Hogan keeps on going.

You may wonder what that has to do with Georgia Street Taphouse. I didn't realize that Hulk Hogan is now kind of a beer connoisseur. He has his own beer and Georgia Street Taphouse is the only place in the state of Texas where you can try it.

You can't beat the price. Trying to find the day of dollar bills may be long behind us but not this month. You can try Hulk Hogn's Real American Beer for just a dollar a mug this month. So there really is no reason not to give it a try.

Of course, everyone is asking since this is the only place in Texas to get this beer there are the hopes that Hulk Hogan will be making a visit to Amarillo soon. That is not to crazy of an idea after all. We will keep an eye out for the news.
