Locals Noticed Something New at Amarillo’s Tascosa Drive-In—A Sign!
There have been some changes recently in Amarillo. Some changes are good; having the Buc-ee's billboard sign updated is a good change. Losing the Rudy's sign is not so much. I am not sure what is on with Amarillo signs being a thing, but it is.

One good thing about signs is it let people know where your business is when you are driving by. It can sometimes be difficult to spot a particular business from the road if you are not sure where it is located.

Tascosa Drive-In Adds Something We Haven't Seen Before on the Property
I know that it should go without saying that a sign is probably not needed at a drive-in theater. I mean, there is a huge screen that screams that this is where the drive-in is located. Plus, there are not many drive-in theaters around. It's nice to know that Amarillo has one to boast about.
Whether it needs a sign or not, it was really nice to see that Tascosa Drive-In now has a sign. It has not had one of any kind, except for a T on either side of the entrance. No sign has ever been needed, but it is nice that there now is one.
I saw a video that Tascosa Drive-In posted over the weekend. They are still working to improve the drive-in after the massive damage caused by the wind hurricane earlier this year.
They put up a sign that lets us know that during all of the repairs they will be open. It also includes the logo. The first time that Tascosa Drive-In has had their name on anything that was put up out front of that location. We looked back almost twenty years and nothing.
So this is really cool to see. I love seeing the improvements happening. I love seeing the Tascosa Drive-In making a comeback after the rough start this spring. Get out and support this local business.
