Join the Epic Mardi Gras Hunt: Prizes Await in Amarillo!

Remember the fun days of participating in scavenger hunts across Amarillo? You would be part of a team trying your hardest to collect all the random things around the city. You did it mostly for the bragging rights.

Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt in Amarillo

Sometimes you were assigned this fun as a team-building experience at school or a new job. Regardless of how you got roped into a scavenger hunt, it was always fun. Amarillo Parks and Recreation is bringing back the fun scavenger hunt in Amarillo:

Race other teams around the parks of Amarillo to win some pretty cool prizes in this Mardi Gras-themed scavenger hunt, taking place on Saturday, March 15th!

Registration is $20 per person. You can play with other people on a team or by yourself if you have what it takes! The starting point is at Warford Activity Center. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation between parks.

So you can sign your family up as a team. Maybe get a group of your friends who are ultra-competitive together to run around our city parks looking for clues. There will be a lot of fun. According to Amarillo Parks, there will be cool prizes too.

The fun starts at the Warford Activity Center, 1330 NW 18th Ave, at 2 pm on Saturday, March 15th. The cost is just $20 per person for hours of fun. You and your team will be going from one Amarillo Park to another on this fun-filled scavenger hunt.
