Amarillo is a great place to get out and do stuff. Whether we like outdoor activities, fun family time or just do some shopping, we have a little bit of everything for everyone. If you like to get out and support your favorite local team we have that to.

One local team is about to wrap it up for the season but they want to fill the seats and show Amarillo a good time before they do. Hockey has been a part of Amarillo for many years, with the Gorillas, the Bulls, and the Wranglers.

The Amarillo Wranglers are looking for you as they look to grow the game. They want to introduce the fun and excitement of a hockey game to a wider audience. Maybe you have never been to a game. What better way to get out and see how fun a game is than to check it out for free?

Celebrate 'Grow the Game Day' with Free Wranglers Tickets

The last home game of the 2025 season is Sunday, April 6th:

Wrangler Nation, we are excited to announce the first-ever Grow the Game Day on Sunday, April 6th! To show our appreciation for your support and to continue to grow the game in our amazing community, we are hosting a FREE TICKET GAME for this final regular-season home game.

It's a chance to make a new family-fun day. After checking out the game for free there is no doubt you will want to make this a regular night out next season.

According to their social media post here is how you get your free ticket:

One free ticket per person will be available to the General Public on Sunday, April 6th from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or until the game is sold out, at the Amarillo Civic Center Box Office. Each person intending on receiving a ticket MUST BE PRESENT at the Box Office to claim a free ticket.
