Chick-Fil-A Delivers Nationwide Now, And It’s Nothing New

I saw headlines popping up all over social media proclaiming that Chick-Fil-A is delivering now, nation-wide. While that is technically true, it isn't necessarily the whole truth.

Chick-Fil-A struck a deal with DoorDash. Just in case you are one of the few who has no idea these services exist, DoorDash is one of several services you can use to have food brought to you from your favorite restaurant.

But this isn't necessarily anything new to our area. We already have several services like that in Amarillo. From Texas ToGo to Favor, these apps have been here bringing me sushi, and Chick-Fil-A, for a very long time.

The only major difference is that if you use the promo code "CFADELIVERY" you can get a free sandwich, while supplies last, through November 20. They're only giving out 200,000 of them, and you do need to have an order of at least $5.

I was excited. I thought a well mannered kid with a smile plastered on their face from Chick-Fil-A was going to be bringing me some nuggets today. Instead, it's just a partnership with an app, a free sandwich, and more of what we already have.
