Do you know that moment when you are walking down an aisle in your favorite grocery store and something catches your eye? You are not quite sure if what you think you saw you actually did. I mean are you going crazy? Were you suddenly transported to the late eighties early nineties?

This happened to me recently. I was doing my normal shopping at Market Street. I am checking everything off my list. I feel quite accomplished. I see something on display and really I think that I must be seeing things. I spy with my little eye bottles and bottles of Clearly Canadian.

You remember the drink I am talking about. That fruit flavored sparkling water that used to be all the rage back in the late eighties and early nineties. I mean it makes sense that in the year that you can purchase a Trapper Keeper again that you would be able to get Clearly Canadian.

So I had to Google it and find out when exactly was the last time you could find Clearly Canadian on the shelves. I mean it seemed like to me it was quite some time ago. I found out that Clearly Canadian was actually discontinued back in 2009. So it's been twelve years.

Even in my searching I found there was a Facebook group called "Bring Back Clearly Canadian." That group only had about 1,000 members. That is not the only post dedicated to Clearly Canadian. There was also this Facebook gem:

I saw this in the grocery store this week, and I just about died! I haven’t seen “Clearly Canadian” since I was in high school.
This was my favorite drink! Am I the only one, or am I just crazy!

So your eyes are not deceiving you. We are going all retro and I love it. I am not sure for how long they will be available this time but don't wait another twelve years.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
