However, the free supply train doesn't end there. President Biden announced that free N95 masks will be made available for free to the population.

WHY THE N95 MASK?

The N95 is the industry standard you could say. These are the masks used by healthcare professionals all over the world, as well as construction workers and anyone else that has to deal with hazardous materials. These masks are thick, structured and fit the contour of your face perfectly when you have the proper size. They're much easier to breathe in than the ones that sit right on top of your nose and made of cloth.

WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

When the government shipped out the masks, they went to predominantly pharmacies across the nation. Here in Amarillo, your best bets are at Walgreens or CVS. They will be the ones that most likely get the biggest shipments of anyone in the city.

CAN I GET THEM NOW AND HOW MANY DO I GET?

Walgreens had mentioned they would have masks available as of January 28th. CVS were a bit more vague in saying they'd be available in the next few weeks. Each customer will be limited to three masks, and you'll know if they have any in stock based on signs that will be posted at the store.
