Ah yes, Valentine's Day is fast approaching. If you are in a relationship you may be looking forward to the day. If you are not, well it will just be a Monday. Heck even if you are in a relationship you may be over all the hooplah.

Another day to run out and spend a lot of money. For what? To show someone you love them? Shouldn't you be doing that every day anyway in some way? So I think that is one of the reasons that Galentines has become a thing.

Hey lets make this fun instead. You can head out with your gal pals and just have fun. So pressure. Oh and maybe a dessert or glass of wine. What could be better? So as you are making your plans with your gal pals there is something planned just for you.

A Galentines Evening Market brought in by Ruffles and Rust Expo. An evening to go from booth to booth and grab some of the best items. In fact there will be around thirty booths at this event. Plenty of shopping indeed.

It will be held at the Derrick Event Center - 814 S Taylor on Saturday, February 12th from 6pm until 10pm.

Best part is it is not a school night so you ladies can enjoy it. Oh and there will be plenty to enjoy. There will, of course be plenty of shopping. There will also be live music while you shop. If that is not enough there will be cocktails and cupcakes. What else could you really ask for?

You can escape the Valentines trap and make your own fun.
