First thing when I was assigned the story of the Best of COPS in Amarillo I thought of the nostalgia. Man, hearing Bad Boys, Bad Boys, Watcha Gonna Do. That brings back memories, right?

Ok. I will be the first to admit that I had no idea it was still a thing. Did you know COPS was still filming? Yeah, I had no idea either. Apparently, you can find new episodes on Fox Nation. No clue. No idea. But you can.

I just want to go back and watch the shows that matter. You know the ones that feature Amarillo. Of course, they have happened. They are entertaining too. You always have to watch and wonder if you will know anyone.

You know you have checked it out. Nobody wants that souvenir from that one time you went to jail. Lucky for me the only people I knew from the videos is a cop or two. Whew, that did make me feel better.

Amarillo has shown its face on COP more than once. I mean with a show like that you would have to expect it right? Of course, Amarillo also has as many people as we do. It was going to happen. Oh, and it did.

So sit back and watch all of the best of Amarillo on COPS. If you have seen them before it's okay, they are worth watching again and again. Hey, you might even see a person or two that you know. You don't have to admit it. It can be something you can just keep to yourself.
