Rotor City Fusion Officially Opens Inside Westgate Mall

We love seeing new places in Amarillo open up. Especially when it is something new inside Westgate Mall. Amarillo has been asking about this one for a while and over the weekend it happened.

From Food Truck to Mall Favorite

The food court has added a new place to try. It had a soft opening on Sunday and now says they should have a full menu as of Tuesday. What started as a food truck now has a location inside Westgate Mall, Rotor City Fusion.

I went by last week to see if they were getting closer to opening. I knew it had to be soon. The hold up? The city and getting everything inspected and ready to go. It seems that ends up being the answer a lot of times.

A Soft Opening After City Delays

According to a recent post from Chef Jitan Patel the time is now:

Don't sleep on the new Rotor City Fusion that just opened in the mall today!! They are open til 6 pm. They don't quite have everything on the menu cause it's soft opening today but he said by Tues they will have everything. SO GOOD!! -Darcy

The build-your-own bowls, tacos, burritos, nachos, and salads station is now open and ready to serve you in Amarillo.
