Texas is Losing Three Bank of America's

In this ever-changing world, we get used to seeing places close. We are used to the bad news. As much as we hate it places come and go. Some places just start shutting their doors. We found out earlier that Bank of America would be closing a bunch of its branches.

We waited to see if Texas would be affected. The answer to that was yes. We would end up losing three in our state. Yes, Texas is a big state. So maybe we could feel a little safe here in Amarillo.

Would Amarillo Lose Any of Their Bank of America's

The branches that were closing would have a bit of a notice, but not much. Some would close at the end of July. Some at the end of August. The last batch would close in August. Good or bad news we needed to know which branches were going to close.

Amarillo has two locations with a lobby. One is at 34th and Bell. The second location is at I-40 and Grand. Will either of those be closing?

Three Branches in Texas Will Close

Three branches in Texas. So I went on a hunt for the list. The first branch in Texas I saw closing was in Austin. They would close at the end of July. Ok, one down, two to go. So in August, we are losing two branches. One in Flower Mound.

The final Bank of America that will close is in Houston, Texas. So we are safe. There are a total of thirty-one branches that are closing in total. So the good news is that we are not on any of the lists.

Amarillo is safe. For now. Which we will take.
