There are some times you count calories. I get it. You get it. There are those special occasions in life that you need to. There are other times that you just have to live. That is where my cookie-enjoying self likes to hang out.

If you don't know how to live a little then this is not for you. I hope that you can throw caution to the wind and enjoy life for what it is, something to enjoy. The subject of Crumbl Cookies came up.

You know what I am talking about, right? Those huge but delicious soft, creamy, sweet, makes-life-worth-living cookies. I saw somewhere on Facebook that someone believed that each cookie was under 200 calories. You have got to be kidding me, right? Yes, it was a sarcasm page. I get that.

Unfortunately, that is the way a lot of people think. It's a cookie. It has a lot of delicious frosting or other goodness. They are to be celebrating life. They are not to enjoy when you are counting calories. I promise you it will not work out. There really can't be one person who believes you can eat a cookie for under 200 calories. Not a whole cookie.

You can get your servings down to a respectable amount if you want. It is manageable. You just have to have some control. You can actually go out every single day and enjoy Crumbl Cookie. All you have to do is take that cookie and cut it into quarters.

There you did it. Now just eat a quarter at a time. I promise you that you can have your cookie and eat it too. You can actually enjoy it. I read somewhere that some stores even have cookie cutters to help with that process. I did not see that in our Amarillo store at first but it was there.

Really, though, you can do this on your own. I promise. I did.

If you can't, I also get it. You can start bargaining. I mean a four-hundred-calorie snack is not bad, right? It is really not. That means you can eat half of the cookie. See you just have to start figuring out what is best for you.

I was talking to Sidney, one of the Crumbl Cookie employees and she assured me that one of their cookie servings has fewer calories than a Little Debbies Snack Cake. Oh, and that makes it worth it. I promise you a Crumbl Cookie is way better.
