We've been keeping our fingers crossed. I personally have been checking every day. I finally have confirmation that Tim Allen and Bob Dylan are not coming to Amarillo next month.

Tim Allen - Postponed

Tim Allen was scheduled for June 5. According to the civic center website, the show is postponed for May 1, 2021. If you got tickets, they will still be honored on the new date. If you want a refund, you can request one through your "point of purchase".

Bob Dylan - Canceled

If you were hoping to see the legendary songwriter in Amarillo, you're out of luck. The Bob Dylan concert has been canceled. Refunds will be issued for tickets.

ZZ Top - ???

The ZZ Top concert on June 10 is still listed as happening. I'm starting to worry though. When you look through the calendar of events at the Civic Center, there are cancellations and postponements happening all around that date.

There are only two other events around that time taking place.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but at the same time I do understand the decision to postpone or cancel a concert. That many people gathered in one place would potentially be disastrous; and social distancing at concerts really defeats the purpose of going to a concert in the first place.

It's just as much about being a part of the crowd as it is seeing the band perform.

Styx - Still On

Styx is scheduled to be in town in September, and right now I feel like it's too early to guess if it will happen or be canceled/postponed. Be listening and watch our social media for updates. As soon as we get confirmation, we'll pass the info along to you.
