Upcoming Changes to Elevate Amarillo, Texas’s Live Music Experience

It's kind of nice to see the entertainment scene changing in the Amarillo area. There are places you can count on to scratch that itch you have for live music. Then there are places being added which give us more options.

Like Ferris Bueller says "Life moves pretty fast If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. This is true of many things including the entertainment we have to enjoy in our area.

The Amarillo Area is Bursting with Fun and Live Entertainment

There is Shark Beach at 1505 E Farm to Market Rd 1151. They have an area for live events. Their season here. They have a great area for outdoor fun. Their summers have already scheduled a lot of cover band fun.

The Lumberyard in Canyon - 850 N 23rd in Canyon started off with some shows as the place was making their transformation. They just officially opened up their restaurant area.

The shows for the season are getting ready to take the stage. We can't wait to see what the cards hold. Last year, they brought us back to a great time by bringing Third Eye Blind. That takes us back. What do they have in the future?

One entertainment venue has been pretty quiet. It had been noticed. A few posts have been made about Starlight Ranch. The area that was once Splash Amarillo, our water park. The taco slide was taken away and the dreams of outdoor shows were born.

They have been bringing us great shows for years now so it seems interesting that their social media has been pretty quiet since last season. That was until very recently:

So we will just have to wait and see what they changes will be. We can't wait to have a full list of places to get out and enjoy the shows. The Amarillo area is about to get busy.
