Catch the Wienermobile Around Amarillo Halloween Week
It wasn't that long ago that we found out that the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was making a return visit to Amarillo. That vehicle, I don't care how old you are, always puts a smile on the faces of anyone nearby. Something about a big orange wiener driving down the Amarillo streets.
The 27-foot-long Oscar Mayer Wienermobile has toured the U.S. since 1936 and is making a trip back to Amarillo next week.
When we first found out about Wienermobile's Amarillo visit we were given the task of giving them events to show up to. Since it is Halloween week that was a pretty easy task. The people of Amarillo reached out and gave suggestions.
