Hey Amarillo, Make Sure You’re Getting What You Pay For
So yesterday I go to the store to get some weekly grocery shopping done. I had just dropped my son off at baseball practice so I had about an hour or so to kill. Figured it was a great time to get those life things done.
Now, I'm the type of shopper who walks up and down the aisles and just starts grabbing things I know we'll eat. I have an idea of what to do for nightly meals, so some of the stuff I just grab without looking. I know exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to that.

Last night, I was in a bit of a hurry because I knew I had to be back to pick up my son. I hustled down the aisles a bit quicker than usual not paying close attention at all. One of the meals my family loves is chili cheese dogs. They're always quick and easy on baseball nights, so I grab everything for them.
I get home, we're unpacking all the bags and getting things put away and we move along with our evening. I go to the pantry to grab something when all of a sudden I notice it.
They say hot dog buns right? All I did was read the package and throw them in the cart. Exactly what I need, except they weren't.
Yeah, those are DEFINITELY not hot dog buns. Going to be a little hard to slip a hot dog in those, it's not going to fit right is my hunch.
Moral of the story here, check the items you're grabbing. I never thought I'd hear Forrest Gump in my head saying, "You never know what you're gonna get" after purchasing something at the grocery store.
