It’s Not Always Happy Hour at Amarillo Sonic’s According to Reviews

We have a tradition when my daughter is in town visiting. The morning that she is heading back to Dallas I always pick up breakfast from Sonic. This way she and my granddaughter are full as they start their journey back home.

Sonic is always our go-to. I always order from the app so that I can get Happy Hour prices no matter what time I order. I love to save money all day every day. I know that I can get my Route 44 unsweet iced tea at happy hour prices. Yes, I am that boring. It is always an unsweet iced tea for me.

We picked on McDonald's earlier for some of their bad reviews. So we have to pick on Sonic. I went on a search of the bad reviews from our Sonic locations in Amarillo. There is not just one location we are picking on. I went to each and every one. Google did not disappoint me with their availability of negative reviews.

Yes, happy hour or not people are not always the happiest. They love to go online and vent. I get it. I am sure Sonic gets it too. They are at least quick to respond to each disappointed guest.

So if you have ever had a bad experience at Sonic some of these may seem familiar to you. If not, count yourself lucky. I just wish I could go back to the days of the Brown Bag Special.
