From the moment Mochinut opened in Amarillo back in January, I couldn't wait to try them. Their rice flour donuts were definitely something I have never had before. They didn't have their Korean Hot Dogs on the menu yet. We would have to wait.

I started seeing people post about getting them sometime last month. So I was ready to go give them a try. They look like a corn dog but they have so many interesting ways to top them that I wanted to try them all.

Oh, and not only that you can get just the Korean Hot Dog or you could get them just with mozzarella inside instead of the hot dog. Or you can try them half dog and half cheese. Just so many different combinations. So many to try.

So when I finally got to stop by I had to study the menu to make the decision of which ones I wanted to try.

Luckily I was sharing with my daughter so getting four different ones didn't seem too crazy. I walked away with the Hot Cheetos Half & Half.

Then we wanted to also try the Crispy Ramen and the Crunch Cereal Original. Now I will say that by the name I would assume that the crunch cereal they were referring to would be Cap'n Crunch but it was not. It was Frosted Flakes.

I will say that first, the hot dog itself was probably one of the best I have had. It tasted like a hot dog you get at the fair. It was a good-quality hot dog. So that started everything off great for me. The cheese had just the perfect amount of melt. I mean you want the cheese to be melted so that when you bite into it the cheese strings off in between your bite and the rest. That is perfect cheese.

We got so many different flavors to try because those were the ones that interested us the most. I liked the Hot Cheetos because well the spice. My daughter didn't like that one as much. Her favorites were the Crunch Cereal and the Ramen. Those were totally not the ones she was expecting to like the most.

She said the flavoring in those two was the best. I will agree on the sweetness of the cereal with the hot dog was fantastic.

None of them were bad. I just preferred the one with hot Cheetos and the crunch cereal. The price wasn't as bad as I was expecting. So I got out with four dogs and a tip for the staff for under $30.

They were definitely something I have never tried before so it was totally worth it.

Have you tried the Korean Hot Dogs from Mochinut yet? What did you think?
