This Amarillo Trunk or Treat Has Candy and a Food Eating Contest

When you think Halloween you know you are going to get candy. Oh, and lots of candy. I mean if you do it right you will. Candy and Halloween go hand in hand. Between now and Tuesday you need to make all of your plans.

Get all the candy you can so you can stockpile it and eat it throughout the coming weeks. That is what any good American does. Speaking of Americans there is nothing more American than hot dogs. So what does this have to do with a post about Halloween?

I did a story earlier about places around town with food competitions. So those who have iron-clad stomachs can show off their skills. I had a message from Contagion wanting me to know about an upcoming fun time in Amarillo. It has candy and hot dogs.

So really the best of all worlds.

There will be the usual trunk or treat with lots of candy. There will even be a bouncy house which every kid loves. It also has fun for everyone and gets a little bit spookier with the haunted house and haunted maze.

This trunk or treat also has the chance for you to show off your eating skills with a hot dog eating contest. Do you think you can wolf down thirty hot dogs? Do you think your stomach can handle it? Then go by and test out your theory.

See if you can maybe even eat fifty. Who knows how many it will take to win but you have to at least try. The contest starts at 7 pm and you can win a Contagion prize pack including free membership.
