The news came out from the top. We may be losing another place in Amarillo. Wow, has 2022 been tough? From restaurants in Amarillos to places we like to shop. It seems like we are always getting ready for changes.

So what's next? There is always something next. We could be losing another place. We currently have three Sally Beauty Beauty Supply here in Amarillo.

The news came out recently that three hundred and fifty stores would be closed nationwide.

Sally Beauty Supply is based out of Denton, Texas and they have said they have been piloting store closures in various markets. They also said that they have seen positive sales and improved their profitability in the markets where they saw closures. This all came out in their Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2022 Results.

They are looking to see all these closures by the end of the year. That does not leave a lot of time.

Is Amarillo Losing Any of Their Sally Beauty Supply Locations?

That is an important question. I mean we do have three of them. If so, which one? I know they are a great place to stop when you need anything beauty related. My daughter stops there to get stuff for her hair.

So it is of importance to a lot of people. Is Amarillo going to escape the closures? I mean there are three hundred and fifty of them on the chopping block. So I had to know. Everything I saw online did not give out a full list of locations closing. That wasn't good news.

Oh, and like I said earlier we do have three in Amarillo. So I made a phone call and asked. The good news is that Amarillo will not be losing any of the three that we have.

Ok, relief has set in. Here is to the rest of the year going slow on closures. One can only hope.
