The school year is almost over and the hunt is on for summer plans. You don't want your teen sitting on the couch all summer long. You don't want them on their phones or video games either.

What Can Your Teen Do This Summer?

They have had a full school year of activities. It probably involved sports practices and games. If not it had at least P.E. So you want them to stay active and stay in shape and not slack off during the summer. Plus if you can find something for them to do that won't hurt you financially then it is definitely a win.

High School Summer Pass Can Keep Your Teen Active

That is where Planet Fitness - 3801 Olsen Blvd, is here to help. They are bringing back their High School Summer Pass program. Working out and getting at least sixty minutes of activity a day is important for both their body and mind.

The Best Part About This Teen Program is the Price

Sure you can drop your teen off at one of our parks like Medi Park and let them get some fresh air and exercise but it's going to get hot. So having them sign up at Planet Fitness will also keep them in the air conditioning. The best part is that this program is free.

As long as they are between the ages of fourteen and nineteen they can sign up. Then they can use the gym between May 15th and August 31st. So there will be plenty of time for them to stay active.

Get your teenagers registered and on their way to a fit and active summer.
