You either love it, hate it, or simply don't care. A date that some people circle on their calendar for good or bad reasons. It's a superstitious day for most, but still a day that happens every year at least once on the calendar.

It's not very often though that it falls in October, the month of Halloween, where it totally fits.

If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm talking about Friday the 13th. For me personally, it doesn't mean anything, just another day on the calendar. If I had anything bad happen on Friday the 13th, I don't remember it.

If you're one of the people who just loves the day though, and likes to go out and attend Friday the 13th events and parties, there's a few things happening in Amarillo that you may want to hop on.

SECRET SOCIETY FRIDAY THE 13TH MASKED AFFAIR

Look, I don't know much about Secret Society, and this even is so secret they don't even give the location it's happening. All I can tell you is that clearly it has something to doing with wearing a mask, I wish there was more I could give you.

However, if the secrecy intrigues you, and you want to find out the location, you can purchase tickets to the event here for just $13 plus fees. Once you purchase a ticket, you'll immediately get an email with the location and MAYBE some details.

HELL NIGHT PART 2

If you're just looking to go out and have a good time, then Skooterz Bar & Grill is going to be your spot. A little wrestling action will be taking place with a match between Greg Gory Lyn and Violent V.

There's a $10 admission charge to get in for the match, the bell rings at 9 pm, and they'll also be doing a $250 tattoo raffle. I might even go just for the raffle truthfully. Skooterz is located at 4100 Bushland Blvd in Amarillo.

CHEAP TATTOOS AT BLACK LINE KULTURE

If events and parties aren't really your thing, but you want to take advantage of some Friday the 13th action, head over to Black Line Kulture where they're offering $31 tattoos. They'll be tattooing arms and legs only and they've got some pretty cool designs on their Facebook page that you can get.

There is a $9 mandatory tip added to your $31 fee, so it's just $40 total to get one of these designs.

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
