Over the weekend I took another trip to Dallas from Amarillo. It was another weekend of packing and moving for my daughter. The one thing I requested while we were there was I wanted to eat at a Jack in the Box.

There is just something about that sourdough jack and oh those tacos. While we were in the drive-thru I was looking at the menu. A coworker mentioned that her sister's favorite thing there were their egg rolls. I had no idea they even had egg rolls. There they were on the menu.

Did you know they sell boba tea too? I mean what a menu. My daughter got a chicken pita that even the next day she was talking about how good it was. A Jack in the Box would do great in Amarillo. Between that and In N Out those are the most talked about fast food places that we want.

I think Jack in the Box just has such a big menu and basically has everything on it. You can't go wrong with Jack in the Box.

What Would it Take to Get Jack in the Box in Amarillo?

I wanted to know. So I went to their website. They offer a webinar to watch so you can get the ins and outs of becoming a Jack in the Box franchise. You will learn what you need to know and have an idea of what to expect.

According to their website, you have to check to see if you are in an available market for a Jack in the Box:

Select the state you're interested in to see available Jack in the Box markets. Don't see your market listed? Don't worry. We have available opportunities across most cities and states.

So I did just that and believe it or not Amarillo is in the market for one. We just need someone to want to open a franchise here.
