After Twenty-Five Years This Amarillo Business is Saying Goodbye
As we are making our way to Christmas and New Year's in Amarillo there are businesses that are deciding to close their doors. It's been a rough year and we have seen several restaurants and businesses just decide to close up.
Some closings have been sudden and some at least we have had some notice and were able to stop by one last time. In the case of both Malcolm's and Beef O'Brady's, they both closed and then got a second life.
Recently another business in Amarillo decided to close their doors before the end of the year. They decided to shut even before Christmas, luckily, though this business gave us a warning on their social media.
Recently Marble Slab Creamery on Soncy made the announcement that they were closing their doors after twenty-five years. No reason as to why. Some businesses let us know that they are retiring or moving away.
We may not know why they decided to close but we do know that Sunday is their last day in business. So you have a few days to get by to get some delicious ice cream treats.
You may think that December is not the time to run for ice cream but is there really ever a bad time? The answer is of course, no. So before this December weekend comes to an end make sure you make one more stop at Marble Slab Creamery.
Their doors will be closed forever after business on Sunday, December 8th. You can find Marble Slab Creamery at 201 Westgate Parkway in Amarillo.
