The Day the Lawyers Paid a Visit to Amarillo’s LandShark Burgers

What's in a name anyway? Well, really a lot and when people use something that is trademarked guess what? You would think that the old saying "Imitation is the best form of flattery." Some people would not agree.

That is when lawyers get involved. Lawyers are never nice in this situation. That is what LandShark Burgers found out recently. If you haven't gone out to LandShark's yet, you are missing out.

I mean great burgers and great music to boot. There are going to be some changes out at Landshark, though. No, they are not going to stop with all of their great food. They can't do that. You will be able to still get a great juicy burger.

You won't have to miss out on the live music they have. They will still have their 80's tribute bands this summer. I am really looking forward to that.

What is Going to Change Out at LandShark's?

Their name. That is what is going to have to change. Yes, they got served.

But you know how you can tell when a business is successful? When someone finds out about you. Someone who now decides that your success has hurt them in some way. That is how you know you have made it. This means that LandShark Burgers has made it.
