Businesses here in Amarillo go through a lot of changes. We have new ones open and then some unfortunately have to close. That is just the way it goes. Earlier this year I noticed a new business going in near 34th and Georgia.

It was like just one day there was a nice big sign that was officially up on a business I had no idea about. The sign said S.E.A Market Oriental Food.

It is located in the shopping center down from Pizzeria Nomad. Every time I drove by I would try to pay attention to see if anything was happening inside. Were they open? It didn't look like it. I would occasionally see a car in front of it.

I was just going to have to wait to find out more about it. Fast forward several months later to now and there is official word. They are currently having their soft opening. So if you are wondering, like I was about what to expect, their Facebook page actually has a tour of the store.

They even have a floral market to help you with any bouquets or floral arrangements you may need.

They will also have the unique items you need to make some of your favorite dishes. There was a question on social media asking if they carry the pad ci u noodles and they do. I will definitely be stopping by to see if they have the chili paste that was in shortage for quite some time.

Some stores have it back. I noticed some still don't. So I am curious about that. The soft opening at S.E.A Market is going on right now. So they are officially open for business.

Amarillo's Georgia Street and All It's Changes

The streets of Amarillo have changed a lot. Georgia Street used to be the place to buy a car. Now it has everything.
