Tough Year – Amarillo Sees Another Business Location Close

I know you see businesses come and go here in Amarillo. Change has to happen. We get new places added all the time. It is the circle of life. One business closes and another one opens. Having a business is tough.

Kudos to those who bring new life into our city. We do get excited when a new place opens. We flock to the location to try something new. That is just how Amarillo is, right? Sometimes those places last and sometimes they don't.

I was really excited when Clean Juice opened two years ago here in Amarillo. I have been a customer of theirs several times. I was excited about their smoothies, I was excited about their cold-pressed juices. I was a fan of their juice cleanses.

I even brought a juice cleanse from Clean Juice to Dallas for my daughter after she had her baby. She wanted one to kick-start her after-baby weight loss. Clean Juice has also been a favorite after-gym stop for my daughter. Whether she got a smoothie or a lunch she knew she was doing her best to keep her gym goals in check.

So when I saw this announcement over the weekend my first thought was, dang it. We are going to miss our stops.

I'm going to miss their avocado toast, yummy. I'm going to miss their juices. They are going to miss their customers. So it goes both ways. We have a couple more days to stop by and get something. I already know what our plans will be. Thank you Clean Juice for the two years you gave us.
